Customer Converstion Guide Instructions for Financial institutions undergoing a system change

Definitions:

Web Connect is a one-way communication from a financial institution’s website to Quicken/QuickBooks. This connectivity type requires users to log into the financial institution’s website, download an OFX based file and manually import into the products. More information about Web Connect.

Direct Connect refers to a two-way connectivity between your financial institution’s OFX server and Quicken or QuickBooks. More information about Direct Connect.

Express Web Connect uses aggregation technology (OFX and HTML screen parsing scripts) to login and access account transaction information on behalf of customers. More information about Express Web Connect.
