CONNLOG.TXT go into the Quicken application, Help menu bar > Product and Customer Support > click on Connlog

Quicken Mac 2006 - 2007
1. Hold down the "Control" key and click on the Quicken data file.
2. Select "Show Package Contents" on the menu that appears, a new window is displayed containing the data file alias and a contents folder.
3. Double click on the Contents folder.
4. Double click the Logs folder.
5. Open the connlog and ofxlog in a text editor.
QuickBooks Windows 2007 - 2009
CONNLOG.TXT Wherever the company file is saved, default location is C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Company Files
~QBOFX32 (ofxlog.txt equivalent for QuickBooks) Wherever the company file is saved, default location is C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Company Files. The file is encrypted for the customer's privacy and security, use the QuickBooks OFXLOG.TXT De-encryption Tool to unencrypt the file.

CONNLOG.TXT Not Applicable. Since QuickBooks Mac 2006 only supports Web Connect, if there is an issue, we will need the customer's Web Connect (.QBO) file for troubleshooting.
