Web Connect Implementation Steps
1. Confirm branding presence information.
  When the QA review and validation steps are complete, your Implementation Manager will confirm your branding presence details and submit a request for production deployment. Please allow 3 to 5 days for production branding deployments.
2. Customize and distribute Getting Started guides.
  Intuit provides documents called Getting Started Guides that simplifies the start-up process for users of OFX connectivity within both Quicken and QuickBooks. We recommend that financial institutions customize these Getting Started Guide templates and include them in their customer welcome kits.
3. Launch branding presence into production.
  On a pre-determined schedule, your branding presence will be launched in our production environment. Customers will now be able to connect to your financial institution via Web Connect.

IMPORTANT: QuickBooks does not allow Direct Connect and Web Connect to be active within the same presence, if an FI wants to support both download features, then the FI will need to have two separate presences set up on Intuit's Branding Server.
4. Validate production launch.
  Your Implementation Manager will inform you once your branding presence is in production, and you'll then want to validate the production launch.
Here's how:

Remove the testing files you installed to "point" to our test branding server by following the Accessing Intuit's Production Region steps.
If you are using Quicken Windows, force a branding update by choosing One Step Update from the Online menu. Uncheck all boxes and click Update Now
Access your Financial Institution web site, either directly or from within Quicken or QuickBooks. Perform a Web Connect download.
5. Obtain post-launch technical assistance.
  Your Implementation Manager is available for post-launch to ensure that there are no technical issues with your implementation. Financial Institutions with a Basic-level marketing agreement receive two weeks of post-launch support from their Implementation Manager; Premium and above levels receive three weeks of support. At the completion of the implementation phase, ongoing support and maintenance is transitioned to our technical support team.
