1.	Complete all required agreement paperwork.
	Your Sales Manager will guide you through the steps to finalize all legal agreements and paperwork. Occasionally, a technical review call will need to be held to discuss specific technical information unique to your planned implementation which would impact the contractual details. An Implementation Manager is assigned to your project once this essential step is complete.

2.	Obtain full access to our Financial Institution partner extranet - fi.intuit.com.
	Your Sales Manager will provide you with a UserID and Password, which will enable access to detailed implementation information than is available on our public site. A login to fi.intuit.com is required to access most of the links in the Direct Connect Implementation Steps.

3.	Conduct an initial implementation project review.
	Your Implementation Manager will contact you to review the project's high-level scope and timeline. During this call the team project kickoff meeting is scheduled.

Hold a Kickoff Meeting.

Your Implementation Manager will meet with you and your project team to review the project scope and plan.

Testing timelines.

Please allow 2-4 months in your project plan for OFX Investment/Banking/Credit Card server testing and 4-6 months for implementations involving OFX Bill Payment.

It is important to note that very little of the 2-4 months/4-6 months referenced above is time when Intuit is directly testing or analyzing output from the OFX Test tool.

How quickly you complete the Intuit testing process depends on many factors.

		How many issues are uncovered.
		How long it takes you or your server provider to address reported issues.
		How extensive regression testing is to fully validate system corrections.
